Interior Channel provides general contracting services including, but not limited to:

All services are performed by trained professionals and are subject to written estimates and contracts agreed upon before work begins.


3. Estimates and Proposals

All project estimates provided by Interior Channel are based on the information available at the time of inspection. Estimates may change if additional damage or unforeseen conditions are discovered during the project.

Final pricing, timelines, and work details will be confirmed in a signed project agreement.


4. Scheduling and Completion

We make every effort to begin and complete work within the estimated timeline. However, weather conditions, site access, material availability, or unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Interior Channel will communicate any changes promptly and work diligently to complete your project as efficiently as possible.


5. Payment Terms

Payment schedules and methods are outlined in the signed service agreement for each project. Unless otherwise stated:

  • A deposit is required to secure scheduling.

  • Remaining balances are due upon completion of the work or as outlined in the contract.

  • Late payments may be subject to fees or collection actions as permitted by law.

All materials and labor remain the property of Interior Channel until full payment is received.


6. Warranties

Interior Channel stands behind the quality of our work. Specific warranties on materials or workmanship vary depending on the type of service performed and will be clearly detailed in your written agreement.

Warranty coverage does not apply to:

  • Damage caused by neglect, misuse, or unrelated structural issues.

  • Modifications or repairs made by other contractors after completion.

  • Natural events (e.g., flooding, ground movement, or severe weather).


7. Homeowner Responsibilities

To ensure safety and efficiency, homeowners are responsible for:

  • Providing clear access to the work area.

  • Ensuring utilities and drainage systems are properly marked and identified.

  • Removing personal items from the affected workspace.

Failure to meet these conditions may delay the project or result in additional costs.


8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Interior Channel and its employees shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our website, delays, or service-related issues beyond our reasonable control.

Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific project under dispute.


9. Website Use

The content on our website, including text, images, and graphics, is the property of Interior Channel and protected by copyright law. You may view and download materials for personal, non-commercial use only.
